These terms are an agreement between you and HireVation, Lahore, Pakistan ("HireVation", "we"). By creating an account, signing in, or taking an assessment on HireVation you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use HireVation for a company, you confirm you may bind that company. You must be at least 18.
HireVation lets recruiters send skills assessments and video interviews, and lets candidates take tests, practise and keep their results. Features, limits and prices can change. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give notice of a change that removes something you pay for.
Give true information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password and sign-in codes private, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used your account. One person per account.
Do not: break the law; try to get into other people's accounts or data; probe, overload or attack the service; scrape or copy the question bank; upload malware; use the service to harass, mislead or discriminate; resell the service without our written permission; or use camera and recording features on people without telling them.
You keep ownership of what you put into HireVation (your answers, recordings, resume, assessments). You give us permission to host, process and show it as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. HireVation, its software, design, logos and question bank belong to us or our licensors. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google and Microsoft names and logos belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
AI-written scores, summaries and replies can be wrong or incomplete. They are suggestions only. Please check them before relying on them. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent to the AI provider.
We work to keep HireVation secure and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be accurate for every purpose, or that it will get anyone a job or a hire. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
To the extent the law allows, HireVation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost hiring opportunity, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). You agree to cover losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law, or because of data you collected without the right to do so.
You may stop using HireVation and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts others at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. After closing, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Terms that by nature continue (ownership, liability, disputes) continue after ending.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first at support@hirevation.com and we will try to settle any problem. If we cannot, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction, except where your local law gives you the right to go to your own courts.
If part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up. We may update these terms; if the change matters we will update the date and tell you by email or in the app, and using HireVation after that means you accept it.
